Helio Yang

Bio

Y. Helio Yang is a professor of management information systems department at San Diego State University. She received her M.S. in industrial and systems engineering and Ph.D. in decision and information sciences from the University of Florida. Her teaching and research interests include operations management, supply chain management, and strategic business modeling. She has published research in Interfaces, Journal of Industrial Management and Data Systems, Managerial Finance, International Journal of Production Planning & Control, Journal of International Technology and Information Management and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and she has presented at numerous international conferences. 

Yang has also received several research and teaching grants from American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) and Promodel Corporations.
