Karen Ehrhart

Bio

Karen Ehrhart joined the faculty of San Diego State University in 2001 in the psychology department and moved to the management department in 2006. She has taught a number of courses related to human resource management and organizational behavior and currently oversees the human resource management (MGT 352) course in the online degree completion (BSBA) program. Her research interests include diversity and inclusion and services management, and she has published in top journals such as the Journal of Management and Journal of Applied Psychology.
