Trudy Sopp, Ph.D.

Bio

Trudy Sopp has taught business ethics as a lecturer in the management department of SDSU’s Fowler College of Business since 2014. She is considered an expert in the field of organization development and change,  organization effectiveness strategies,  management development, and is the founder of The Centre for Organization Effectiveness, a state-wide leadership institute. She currently provides management consulting and coaching to executives and top level leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and is a frequent guest speaker in the areas of power and politics, leadership, and governance issues.

Sopp earned her master’s and Ph.D. degrees in sociology in education at the University of Toronto and received her bachelor’s degree in sociology at SDSU.
