Duane J. Roth

Duane J. Roth, 63, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Roth was a long-time member of the San Diego State College of Business Administration board of directors and CEO of CONNECT, an organization that advances technology and life sciences collaborations, since 2004.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the Roth family as they mourn Duane's passing," said Dr. Gangaram Singh, interim dean at SDSU's College of Business Administration. "Duane's contributions to the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University will serve as an everlasting reminder for all of us to face challenges with a vision of cooperation."

Roth died of injuries suffered in a biking accident near Lake Cuyamaca on July 21, 2013 at UCSD Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Renee.
